Okay, so i have had some people come to me and ask me, how do you do that? Or, will you make me one, because i don't know how to.
So i've decided to make a tutorial for you guys. :]
Step one:You will open up a new blank document, by going up to the paper icon here, under file.
Click it, then this will pop up. Set the width to 800, and the height to 600, just like mine then press okay.
Step two: Now, your blank document is up, time to start making your layout.
What i do, is pick a patter, normally this one.
Make a rectangle, with the tool, then right click, go to stoke and fill, unclick stroke, check fill, choose the pattern you want, then click okay.What it should look like
Step three:Now it should look like this
Now, what you do, it move the dancing lines in, as far as you want the border to be, then right click and press cut.
This is what mine looks like now.
After you cut it, choose the color you want the background of that section to be, click the fill tool, and fill that space up, then right click, and press hide selection.
This is what mine looks like now.
Now, you do the same thing with the next section. Depending on how you want it to look, make this on a little bigger though.
Now, mine looks like this And yours should too, if not. you did something wrong.
Step four:Now it's the easy part, you just choose the brushes and font that you want on the upper part, i use a font as splats [split splat splodge-dafont.com].
Just decorate it the way you want, until you are satisfied. here is how mine ended up. <3 if this helped you at all, please comment.
